MSK is the most comprehensive rehabilitation institution in the K-W area, with complete facilities and equipment, a good environment, and a strong team of doctors and physical therapists. Adam is my exclusive registered physical therapist at MSK. He used his professional knowledge and superb skills to help me get a good improvement throughout the physical therapy process. The physical therapist assistants here are also very enthusiastic and do an excellent job. I strongly recommend the excellent physical therapist Adam to friends who need physical therapy.

I received the best care from this centre when I fractured my right elbow 4 months ago. Vito Manchisi was my physiotherapist and he took the time to explain the healing process which made me feel more calmer. The receptionists are very friendly and the environment is very welcoming and clean. I’m very satisfied with the service that I’m receiving from MSK and I would 100% recommend them.

I’ve had two shoulder surgeries, one for each of my shoulders due to ripped tendons. I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Hupel perform the surgeries which have both gone well. I also have been seeing Matthew Wilson at the centre as my physiotherapist who’s been very attentive and accomodating. I am very thankful for the support I’ve been receiving throughout this process.

Dr. Robb impressed me beyond expectations.

Dr. Robb impressed me beyond expectations. His goal wasn’t to keep me coming back for his own benefit, it was to not only fix my issue, but to also educate me on why the issue was occurring. After a few sessions he had me back to my normal self, and actually in a far better spot than when I first saw him. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with any issues he specializes in!

If you are trying to make up your mind on a physiotherapist I would really recommend Vito he is wonderful.

Had a knee replacement the end of September 2024 and went to MSK in Waterloo for physiotherapy.
My physiotherapist was Vito M. I was seeing him for 3 and a half months and I have to say how lucky I was to get such a professional guy! Vito really knows his stuff he worked with me with compassion and sympathy because my knee was extremely painful due to excessive scar tissue. So he was very patient and helped to push me through my workouts and exercises. He is very friendly has lots of funny stories and is very personable. If you are trying to make up your mind on a physiotherapist I would really recommend Vito he is wonderful.

My ankle feels amazing and it's back to great form

Amazing place for physio. Went here after my ankle surgery and I had a great recovery mostly thanks to a well done surgery by Dr. Lau and then physio by Jordan. My ankle feels amazing and its back to great form after a few months of recovery.

Great surgeon Dr. M Snider for my RTKR. Physio therapist Jamie Wong was fabulous. Physio techs, encouraging and kind. All receptionists wonderful.

after a couple months I am back running

I had been dealing with extreme pain in my hip area and my Family Dr referred me to Jordan at MSK. I could not run, play hockey and could barely get out of car. Jordan quickly diagnosed the area of concern and after a couple months I am back running 5 km a day, hitting the ice and can get out of my car without gimping around 5 minutes. Jordan worked with me each week and I stayed the course with the suggested exercises. He is very professional and relates to the client. Not sure if they’ve replaced the receptionist that gets poor reviews but everyone was pleasant and chatted me up each time. Thanks MSK!

I’ve been to 3 different physiotherapy places, and had I gone here first, I wouldn’t have wasted all my time and money. They have tons of equipment and therapist here to help with all injuries.

My physio was fantastic

I had my knee replaced in December 2022. My physio was fantastic and when I went for my 12-week appointment with Dr Grosso he gave me full clearance to go back to my personal trainer full-time. I have had zero problems. Dr Grosso did an excellent job. I was at my PT in April and one of the other Orthopedic Surgeons was there from your location and he asked who and when I had my surgery. I told him and he was quite surprised that I was back with my PT 4 months after surgery. I have been outside cycling and my speed and rpm’s (cadence) have increased from the last few years. I guess having two good legs is the difference. Thank you, Dr Grosso. You are the best in my mind.

Good day, my name is Marc and I had to go with my aunt to her appointment with the sports meds personally. My aunts second language is English so when I arrived I was nervous trying to explain my situation. Lindsay was the one who took care of us and was more than happy to help with the language barrier and my aunt wanted me to thank the staff for making it an easy day and appointment.
