Our Team

Saharsh is a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Trent University. He is currently part of MSK specialty rehabilitation program, where he focuses on functional capacity evaluations, exercise therapy, work conditioning, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation. Drawing from his background in athletic rehabilitation and client-centred care, Saharsh emphasizes active participation in the recovery process. He believes movement is the foundation of better health and aims to empower clients to achieve lasting physical well-being. Outside of work, he enjoys bodyweight training, running, and watching sports, maintaining the same active lifestyle he encourages in his clients.
