Our Team

Amir completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Waterloo, developing a solid understanding of human movement, functional recovery, and ergonomics.

As a kinesiologist, Amir focuses on client-centered rehabilitation, using tailored exercise programs, functional movement training, and evidence-based strategies to support a smooth transition back to your daily life and your goals.

Outside the clinic, Amir likes to play a variety of drums, read world history, and maintain an active lifestyle through fitness training. Amir is also working towards achieving the orange belt in jiu-jitsu!
