Our Team

Jen McCuaig, MScOT, OT Reg. (Ont.), is a registered occupational therapist with a passion for supporting individuals in reclaiming their health, function, and overall well-being. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Guelph before completing her occupational therapy training at Western University in 2013. Jen supports clients in restoring function, building resilience, and re-engaging in meaningful daily and work activities following injury. She integrates evidence-based practice with a client-centered approach, focusing on self-management, pacing, stress reduction, and sustainable recovery, while promoting overall mental and emotional well-being.
