Our Team

Hilary attended Queen’s University and graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) degree in 2020. Following her undergrad, she completed her Masters of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Western Ontario in 2024, where she received the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Award as the top academic graduate in her class. As a former varsity figure skater and volleyball statistician with Team Canada, Hilary has a special interest in sports injuries and postoperative recovery. She has experience working with people of all ages and abilities and is very passionate about ensuring everyone achieves their own unique goals through education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. Outside of physiotherapy, Hilary enjoys keeping active by playing volleyball and hiking.
